Inspector Ignacio Lopez was a dedicated, courteous technician. He found the new termite infested site and did a localised treatment.

And along with above, oversaw tenting of our home. We were referred to this company and we have been very please with the level of service. They have been Quick, thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, we worked with Ben as inspector. Will be using in future for our pest control. Highly recommend.

Ignacio López has been our termite Inspector for the last 3+ years. He’s been great. Very knowledgeable and overall great guy.

Joe Palma provided eclxcellent service. He listened to my concerns, and he went above and beyond to address them.

Narciso completed our annual check up today. He was thorough in his work and very friendly and professional.

We're visiting our daughter in Irvine and happened to be at her house when Isaiah Chairez from The Bugman visited for the annual inspection.

Isaiah was courteous, professional and went the extra mile to explain to us what he was doing. We mentioned that we thought we heard scratching in the attic crawl space and he took the initiative to climb up to the second floor, detach the exterior grate, inspect, set traps and then re-secure with new set of screws. Really set our minds at ease. Couldn't ask for more!!

Always Great service. Raul is very friendly and does an amazing job.
